Job Description |
CASE Credit Union is looking for a Training Specialist to work in Lansing. This person will be responsible for training activities throughout CASE for new and existing employees. This includes project management, research/development, and facilitation of in-house programs. Requirements include: 2-3 years experience in the design, implementation and facilitation of training courses; strong leadership skills; the ability to plan, develop and implement training programs; strong organizational skills; solid communication skills; the ability to meet deadlines; and serve as a mentor to others.
